-Account Manager - FMCG (Non Food)
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-Sound commercial understanding
-3 4 years experience in an account management role from an FMCG (non food market)
-Bach degree level with Business/Commercial direction
-Experience in/knowledge of market scenarios and competitors
-Understanding of the relevant supply chain
-Ability to manage customer P&L
-Strong team player
-Fluent English required
-Actively drives sales & customer profitability per key account by constructing & implementing shared account growth plans to achieve set targets
-Executes company processes & policies at accounts (margin, pricing, marketing logistics)
-If calling on international accounts, responsible for solid contribution to international account
team, linking local account strategy, actions, and processes to international in order to
positively contribute to overall account results
-Ensures Sales targets per account are achieved per FY with regular reviews with CM
-Actively seeks & positions new concepts and promotional plans per customer in agreement with CMM ensuring an added value relationship with the account.
-Ensures competition is actively benchmarked and acted upon jointly with marketing
-Gives structured feedback and conclusions from customers to CMM
