KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Must have sold mission-critical products and services to Marketing Directors and board level personnel.
- Must have a proven track record of success in long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements
- Must have a deep understanding of Social Media/Digital Media or be able to show a similar depth of knowledge and networking within your present industry.
- Must be Intelligent, informed and able to build viable long term relationships with industry leaders
- Ideally sold Social Media/Digital Media Solutions
- Could have sold data, lists or services to sophisticated senior buyers in a similarly complex marketplace
- Bright, sharp, intelligent, passionate, excitement for the digital market

ROLE INFORMATION

- You will operate as a key member of a strategic sales team and be responsible for delivering big-ticket sales to board and director level personnel within the top online advertising spending companies.
- You will be part of the Advertising and Social Media solutions wing. This is a full digital advertisement solution for campaign management, optimisation, engagement and deployment across multiple digital channels. Brands and agencies will use this software to optimise content, target the right outlets and people, post adverts and content on social media platforms and websites.
- This is a 100% new business role. You will be targeting enterprise brands that spend upwards of 50,000 per month on advertising with the key target clients spending multiple millions monthly.
- Target industries are finance, travel, telco, advertising and agencies, however all verticals are open to you.
- There is a strong lead pool coming from the marketing team and the inside sales team. You will have some appointments qualified and set up for you however you will have to generate a third of your leads yourself.
- You will demonstrate the product both on the phone and face to face and meet with clients regularly in order secure commitment and close the deal.
- You will manage a multi-stage sales process that involves demonstrations and service requirement meetings involving pre-sales, client services, legal and sales operations teams.
