KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Demonstrable proven track record of net new business development (New Logo).
- A solution sales person (business orientated solutions).
- Offshore sales experience.
- A proven track record of delivering on multi-million sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the capital markets sector.
- Engages at CXO level.
- Can articulate an end to end client acquisition deal you have personally closed (not that you were part of a team that closed).
- From a tier 1 or tier 2 company (Not purely from small company backgrounds).

ROLE INFORMATION

- Our tier 1 client is looking for Senior Business Development Managers for their Capital Markets sector.
- The Senior Business Development Manager will be focused on selling Business Consulting Services, Application Services (App Dev, App Man & TestingMainly around Oracle and SAP) and BPO.
- Targeting enterprise clients, the Senior Business Development Manager will be communicating at CXO level.
- In this role the Senior Business Development manager will be working in a 100% new business capacity.
- You will be focussed on one vertical which will be either Insurance, Telecommunications or Consumer Products/Retail
- Average order values are between $500K $6million
- $3m to $5m target(TBC)
