PeopleSoft HR & Payroll Project Manager Job Description:

A world leading FTSE250 business services company based near Weybridge, Surrey is looking for a delivery focused PeopleSoft HR & Payroll implementation (interface between PS HR and CloudPay Payroll) Project Manager to work on a large scale enterprise migration project for an initial 3months. Please note that this is highly likely to extend past 6 months+.

This is an URGENT role with the client looking for someone to start immediately.

8+ years of applicable PeopleSoft (HR) module experience.

Preferred - Experience working in Global Delivery Model.

Excellent verbal skills, including conducting/leading client meetings, conduct presentations, and advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.

Prior Proposal Development experience.

Ability to lead a team to follow an implementation methodology and produce high quality work-products.

Implementations from initiation through production transition.

Proven PeopleSoft HR specific functional knowledge.

Proven track record of delivering complex project on-time and under budget.
